一、Preparation before startup
It is necessary to carefully review whether there is good lubrication of the bearings, the connections inside the bearing seats, and whether there is sufficient grease。
All fasteners should be carefully checked for tightness。
The transmission belt is good. If there is a mark on it, it should be replaced in a timely manner. If there is grease on the belt or pulley, wipe it with a clean cloth.
The protective device is good, and if it is found to be unsafe, it should be immediately cancelled.
Check if the ore crushing chamber or other debris, such as ore or other debris, should be removed.
二、Crusher start
1. After inspection, it has been proven that the mechanical transmission part is normal。
2. This machine is only allowed when starting under load conditions。
3. After starting, if any abnormal conditions are found, the operation should be immediately stopped. It is necessary to identify and eliminate the abnormal situation before restarting the crusher。
三、Maintenance and Use
1. Normal operation of the crusher before starting the pouring process.
2. Breaking materials should be uniformly added to the crushing chamber, and side effects should be avoided. Feeding should be avoided to prevent sudden load changes or unilateral increases.
3. Under normal circumstances, the temperature rise of the bearing should not exceed 35 ℃, and the temperature rise should not exceed 70 ℃.
4. Stop the car and first feed the working material. The crushing chamber should have been broken before the car is sealed and lifted.
5. During use, the Ruoyin crushing chamber material was blocked due to parking, and the motor should be immediately shut down. The material must be removed first and then restarted.
四、Lubrication
1. Regularly pay attention to and timely lubricate the friction surface to ensure the normal operation of the crusher and extend its life.
2. Calcium based grease commonly used in machines can also be used by users to choose other conditions based on the machine's position, temperature, and other types of grease, but it must be protected by well lubricated bearings.
3. Add 50-70% of the total amount of grease to the bearing and replace it once every 3 months. When changing the engine oil, clean the application for gasoline and kerosene, and carefully clean the slide rails.
4. The elbow pad comes into contact with the grease crusher before starting.
