DF-4 electromagnetic sample preparation crusher, also known as electromagnetic ore crusher, utilizes the principle of electromagnetic vibration to directly drive the vibrating tube to crush materials at high speed. It has the advantages of high efficiency, small volume, light weight, and no noise, and is suitable for laboratories in various industries such as mining, building materials, cement, metallurgy, chemical engineering, coal and grain.

Main technical parameters of DF-4 electromagnetic sample pulverizer

Feeding Size: ≤15mm

Output Size: 200mesh

Loading: 50g

Grinding time: <2min

Power: 220V/50Hz

Currency: 6A

Weight: 18kgs

Dimension: 220*250*250mm

Operation and usage methods of DF-4 electromagnetic sample pulverizer

  1. Place the material tube into the material cup with the small end facing downwards

  2. Put in the sample, with iron ore, limestone, slag, clinker, quartz stone, and clay weighing around 60g. Coal should be around 40g, with a small specification of 15-20g.

  3. Place the cup cover on the material cup, paying attention to whether the O-ring seal on the cup cover is in good condition

  4. Place the material cup into the main machine, then lower the pressure rod, screw on the nut by hand, and note that there should be a gasket under the nut

  5. Use a wrench to tighten the nut, then close the box cover, open the switch, and turn the timer to 2 minutes before the machine starts working

  6. The machine stops working at the predetermined time. At this point, the switch can be turned off, the box cover can be opened, the nut can be loosened, and gloves can be worn to remove the material cup. After the material cup is removed, the cup cover can be placed in one corner of the sample tray, so that the sample and the material tube can be poured into the sample tray together

  7. Clamp the material tube with a crucible clamp, and tap the tube with the other hand using a wrench. Repeat the steps up and down several times, and the vast majority of the samples will fall into the sample tray

  8. Use a brush to further brush away the remaining sample

  9. If the inner wall of the material cup adheres and agglomerates due to high sample moisture or other reasons, a shovel can be used to remove it
