Safety operating procedures for laboratory jaw crushers:

  1. After receiving the equipment, the customer must carefully read the manual to understand the structural performance, working principle, and operating procedures of the jaw crusher

  2. The jaw crusher must be started under no load. Before starting, carefully check the fastening of each component, the elasticity of the spring, and the tightness of the belt

  3. During the operation of the jaw crusher, the material must be evenly fed and it is not allowed to fill the crushing chamber with material

  4. The crusher must wait for all materials to be discharged before stopping

  5. Pay attention to checking the wear of the jaw plate. When the broken jaw plate is severely worn and cannot be used, the jaw plate can be reversed to continue using or replaced in a timely manner according to the situation

  6. Check whether the toothed plate of the crusher is loose. Regularly observe and check the working condition of the toothed plate during work. If any abnormal situation is found, stop working, handle and eliminate the fault, and prevent the loosening or displacement of the toothed plate from squeezing the machine out

  7. Regularly add calcium based grease to each activity mechanism and bearing, and lubricate the support plate and sliding block, support plate and movable jaw support point every 15 days, and lubricate each bearing every 30 days

  8. Regularly check the usage of the belts, and if 30% of the belts are severely damaged, all triangular belts must be replaced with new ones. It is not allowed to mix old and new ones

  9. To ensure the continuous and normal operation of the equipment, it is necessary to make a maintenance plan and store a fixed amount of spare parts and consumables
