Before each startup, carefully check whether all parts are securely fastened, and judge whether the spring is normal based on the vibration situation.
Whether the material crushing is qualified mainly depends on the condition of the crushing and grinding part. Regularly check whether the bowl body, crushing ring, and crushing hammer are smooth and clean, whether there are pits or bumps. If there are pits or bumps, they should be replaced with new ones.
The magnitude of vibration is related to the usage of the eccentric hammer, spring, and rubber pier. The eccentric hammer has been debugged before leaving the factory and does not require frequent adjustments. Spring breakage or rubber pier splitting is the key to causing vibration. If any problems are found, replace them with new parts in a timely manner. When replacing a broken spring, it is necessary to replace it all together, not just one, as it may cause another fracture due to uneven elastic strength between new and old springs, leading to accidents.
The vibration components are connected to the power supply through cables. Due to frequent shaking, it is possible to cause the rubber sheath on the outer surface of the cable to break, leading to electric leakage or short circuit of the wires. So it is necessary to regularly check to prevent electric shock accidents. Replace new cables every six months.
This machine undergoes annual maintenance and removal. Replace all springs during maintenance.
This machine is generally used for dry crushing. When the humidity of the material sample is high, it should be dried at around 105 ℃ to avoid excessive moisture content in the material sample, which can reduce the crushing effect and cause sticking. The drier the general sample, the better the crushing effect.
There are no other requirements for the installation of this product. As long as it is placed flat, it can work normally.
Unused material bowls should also be placed in place and a small amount of material should be added to prevent the empty bowl from hitting and damaging the material bowl. Before working with a multi bowl machine, the material bowl should be numbered and attention should be paid to the alignment. The crushing rings and hammers inside the bowl should not be confused as much as possible.
