This machine is driven by an electric motor through a transmission shaft and worm gear pair to rotate the main eccentric shaft on the swing frame, which in turn drives the other two auxiliary eccentric shafts to rotate, resulting in the swing of the entire sieve group to obtain a radius equal to the plane circular swing of the eccentricity. At the same time, another pair of worm gear pairs are driven by the same electric motor to pass through a cam, a top rod, and a swing frame equipped with a sieve group, periodically lifting the swing frame that falls under its own weight, so that the swing frame can oscillate in a planar circular direction and undergo vibration.
Operating instructions for Lab Testing Sieve Shaker
1. When installing the sample sieve, it should be stacked in order of sieve hole size, and an additional sieve chassis should be added.
2. Pour the materials that need to be analyzed and tested into the upper sieve, cover the sieve cover, and then place them in the vibrating screen machine base.
3. Rotate the lifting handle on the sieve clamping disc counterclockwise to slide the entire sieve clamping disc onto the sieve sleeve. Then, rotate the lifting handle on the sieve clamping disc clockwise to clamp the supporting sleeve with the top rod shaft inside, and tighten the entire analytical sieve.
4. Turn the timer knob of the vibrating screen machine to the time required for screening, press the start button, and the vibrating screen machine will start automatic operation. After the set time expires, the rotation will automatically stop and one work cycle will be completed.
5. If there is no upper or lower vibration during the initial operation, it is due to the motor being reversed. Please adjust the power cord head to ensure normal operation.
6. After the work is completed, turn off the power supply.
