How to achieve the crushing effect of a laboratory crusher

2023-05-11 11:39:01

If the time of the laboratory sample preparation crusher is too long, it will cause the temperature of the material bowl to be too high, the sample to become sticky, and the crushing time will be too short to achieve fineness. Users can adjust the crushing time based on the hardness of the crushed sample and the required discharge fineness. Samples with high viscosity and moisture content cannot achieve the crushing effect, and samples with high moisture content should be dried in advance. The feed particle size should be controlled below 10mm to prevent the sample from getting stuck in the bowl and hitting the ring, which may not have a crushing effect. The pollutants adhering to the surface of the material bowl cannot be ignored. Before formally crushing the sample, try to remove one waste sample, commonly known as the brush pot. To avoid cross contamination between different products, please try to use one bowl for each sample. Tungsten carbide material bowl with high hardness and requirement of no iron element pollution.

Maintenance and upkeep of laboratory Disc Mill

The laboratory sample crusher requires maintenance and upkeep, and the maintenance cycle can be determined based on the operating status and frequency of use of the machine. Generally, the compression device, the connection part between the motor and the vibration table, the support spring, the eccentric hammer of the motor, the load-bearing support points, welding parts, and electrical control parts should be checked every six months to see if there are any signs of detachment, aging, wear, looseness, etc. If problems are found, they should be repaired in a timely manner.
